80 m² of living space on a 400 m² plot, accommodating up to 4 people. Two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a spacious living and dining area, and a separate guest toilet. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces for cosy evenings, and a very well-equipped kitchen. Sun loungers and a parasol are provided. Private, secure parking and free use of a stand-up paddleboard (SUP).

Private pool, spacious pool terrace, separate sun terrace and an outdoor shower. Plenty of privacy, a quiet location with no through traffic. Direct access to the sea (10 metres).

30 m² of living space, two spacious terraces. Fully equipped kitchen, queen-size bed with views of the lagoon. Modern amenities including microcement flooring, sun loungers, a parasol and plenty of privacy. Parking spaces directly in front of the house.
